Here's my project.
I created this easy and pretty card. It features the plaid background, flourishes and Birthday Sentiment Stamps from the New Anniversary Release!
Here is a photo of the background mat. I used the plaid background stamp. I cut a strip. I then used the flourish stamp set to stamp a border around the pink mat. I then adhered the plaid border to the mat.
I used an oval cross stitched die from my stash and cut out the Happy Birthday sentiment after I stamped it with some black ink. I then mounted that onto a white scallop stitched oval. I added some pearls around the outer edge for a little extra pizzazz.
I then added a strip of ribbon and then a little pink bow.
Here is one last look at my completed card. Very simple and easy to recreate.
