I used a border punch to create the pretty bordered mat.

Here's an angled view. I wanted to try and capture how pretty the acetate sheet/paper is with the big pink foil dots!

Here's a closer look at the cardstock weight sticker from the PHP Oh Baby Girl Sticker Sheet. Nice and sturdy. Perfect as a sentiment!

Here's a closer look at the lace and sparkle ribbon I used over the border punch. I used my sturdy permanent adhesive runner to get all the elements down on to the acetate. LOVE that adhesive. The bond is EXCELLENT when you need something strong.

Here is one last look at my completed card. The acetate paper is so unique and really makes the card extra special.
